Here is a quick and easy tutorial I made for you guys to see how to jailbreak your iPhone 4S or iPad 2 on iOS 5.

First of all before starting if you’re going to jailbreak your iPhone 4S make sure your device is running iOS 5.0 or 5.01. If you are going to jailbreak your iPad 2 make sure it’s running on iOS 5.01 only! The page where you can download the Absinthe tool is Greenpois0n.

There have been a lot of programs for AirPlay but all of them were for Mac OSX, but now you can now have AirPlay on a Windows PC using Windows Media Center with an awesome plugin. Just make sure you’re connected to the same wifi connection. Watch the video below to see how to make it work and what it does!

The iOS push notifications on the iPhone are pretty bad and annoying, luckily to solve our problems there is always a nice jailbreak app being developed. That’s the case with this, MobileNotifer is an amazing alternative to the push notifications. When you get a new notification you won’t get that center box that interrupts anything you’re doing, with this you see a black bar on top showing you a preview of the notification which you can ignore (it closes by itself) or tap on it to get a nice drop down menu. On your lockscreen you also see something new. You get a list of your missed notifications which is really nice. To top this all off, in the last beta they have added smart notifications which what it does is erase all the pending notifications you have left automatically when you open that app, so you don’t have to erase them one by one. In conclusion this jailbreak tweak is really great if you’re looking for something new!

I’ve tried hundreds of themes on my iPhone and most of the time I get really bored of them quickly, but now I have found this amazing theme called Genesis which I love and will be keeping it for a while. So here I’m going to show you what I have selected on as my WinterBoard settings.

Genesis is the name of the theme for the icons, mela HD is the lockscreen theme and Exprius s ithe UI theme for when I get a new message. Here is what it looks like on my iPhone.

Have you ever wanted to transfer your photos from your camera roll but couldn’t find the USB cable or just didn’t want to plug in your iPhone? Well you now have the option to transfer the photos wirelessly! A neat application called PhotoSync that works both for PCs and Macs has come out that does just this. Watch the video below to see how it works and  how easy it is to use. You just need to be connected to the same Wifi connection.

A new app for iDevices has come out called App Stat. What this application does is give you information of how many times you open a app and how much time you spend with that app. It’s a really neat way to see how much time you spend with those addicting apps and games! To get it go to Cydia and search for App Stat. It’s free so don’t worry about paying for anything.

Once you install and respring your device you should see a new icon on your springboard called App Stat. Once you open it you’ll see your basic apps. At first you won’t see much information, you’re going to have to use your iDevice a while to actually see this app work.  The big numbers on the right are how many times you’ve opened the app and below the name of the app you see how much time you spent using that app. I think most people will have Angry Birds or Tiny Wings on top with hours of usage.

Like I said before this is a free app that can be found in the Cydia store and is really interesting to use. Give it a shot and tell us what you think!

Now in the App Store! This great new app shows you your Facebook, Twitter and Google Reader Feeds in a beautiful way. It kind of looks like an animated movie. The visual effects and typography are really nice and fun to watch. Watch the video below to see it in action!

With the release of the new iPad 2, Apple updated some of their apps. One of them is iMovie which they optimized for the iPad 2 but also updated the iPhone 4 version which is really nice.
