Primero que nada asegurensen de que su iPhone 4S tenga la version 5.0 o 5.01 instalada. Si le va a hacer el jailbreak al iPad 2 tiene que tener la version 5.01 instalada!  La pagina para descargar Absinthe es Greenpois0n.

Here is a quick and easy tutorial I made for you guys to see how to jailbreak your iPhone 4S or iPad 2 on iOS 5.

First of all before starting if you’re going to jailbreak your iPhone 4S make sure your device is running iOS 5.0 or 5.01. If you are going to jailbreak your iPad 2 make sure it’s running on iOS 5.01 only! The page where you can download the Absinthe tool is Greenpois0n.

A new app for iDevices has come out called App Stat. What this application does is give you information of how many times you open a app and how much time you spend with that app. It’s a really neat way to see how much time you spend with those addicting apps and games! To get it go to Cydia and search for App Stat. It’s free so don’t worry about paying for anything.

Once you install and respring your device you should see a new icon on your springboard called App Stat. Once you open it you’ll see your basic apps. At first you won’t see much information, you’re going to have to use your iDevice a while to actually see this app work.  The big numbers on the right are how many times you’ve opened the app and below the name of the app you see how much time you spent using that app. I think most people will have Angry Birds or Tiny Wings on top with hours of usage.

Like I said before this is a free app that can be found in the Cydia store and is really interesting to use. Give it a shot and tell us what you think!

Twtterrific is actually free on the App Store. The thing is that when you open the app you gets this huge ad on the top and you also can’t login to various accounts. They give you the option to upgrade to a pro version of the app for 4.99$. Luckily if you have a jailbroken iDevice you can download from Cydia a patch to have the Pro Version.

First of all you need to have the insanelyi repo. You need to go to sources and add this.

Then go to search and search for “Twitterfreeic”.

Once you see this screen, just download it.

Restart Twitterrific and enjoy your Pro Version of the app! If you have any questions comment below.

A new release of Installous is out and it has one major change which I really like. As you can see in the images below when you search for an application and select download now you have like a folder with all the links where you can find that app. Before it sent you to another page which took awhile to reload and was pretty annoying. This cool new update fixes all of that. Besides some styling features like this one, the new update also allows Installous to be installed on any jailbroken iOS device running 4.3.

Windows 7 Service Pack 1 has recently been released and that means that many bugs and errors were fixed. On the other hand some apps you might have installed before might not work for you now. An example of this is the UXTheme patcher. This program allows you to install themes that other than the normal Microsoft ones. Luckily there is an app that was updated which you can download here. Once you open the .rar file you’ll see two .exe one for 64bit systems and the other for 32bit (86x). Run the one suited for your PC.

Once you open the .exe you’ll see this. Choose your language and click ok.

After that you see this confirmation window click “yes” to continue.

Finally you have to click on “patch” for all 3 files.

Once finished you will be asked to restart your PC, and you are done. Enjoy your new themes on your Windows PC!
